The First President's initiative to create the Astana International Financial Centre (AIFC) in 2015 has already proved of significant benefit to the economic wellbeing of the Eurasian region and secures Kazakhstan's status as a valued member of the global financial community. Represented by the AIFC, Kazakhstan and the countries of the region, possess a reliable platform for attracting international investments and for forging strong and stable global relations so critical to developing economic growth and sharing economic benefit.
