Women in Finance Working Group

Members exchange experience on advancing gender diversity and inclusion in their organizations and financial centers.

Following the Women in Finance project (April 2023 to June 2024), which produced the World Alliance Gender Pledge and the Women in Finance – Compendium of Good Practice, the World Alliance set up the Women in Finance Working Group in October 2024.

In the working group, members continue to exchange experience and good practice on promoting gender diversity and inclusion within their organizations and across their financial ecosystems, building on the commitments of the Gender Pledge.
